I appreciate that we are now a month into 2019 but Exams have been somewhat dominating my life as of late. However, the first set are now behind me, leaving me in a fortunate position of being able to look forward to the year ahead. And what a year it is shaping up to be.
As both an aspiring Physicist and science-fiction fan, there is a lot going on for me personally this year. July will mark the 50th Anniversary of the Moon Landing. Captain Marvel will finally make her silver screen debut, helping her establish as a new flagship character for the MCU after what is shaping up to be an emotional ride with Avengers: Endgame. The Skywalker Saga is set to draw a close with Episode IX, 42 years (*Chuckles in Hitchhiker*) after the release of A New Hope. So yeah, I’m set to have a lot of fun this year.
In relation to my blogosphere, I’m rolling out a fortnightly schedule so I can boost activity because, honestly, I have been a pretty atrocious blogger as of late. A fortnightly schedule should hopefully ensure that the content is of relatively good quality. That being said, I may release posts in between that 2 week slot though I am not too optimistic on that being a regular thing (That being said, I definitely have post planned for next week and the week after, so I may surprise myself).
I am also set to start working on a fairly huge project that I am hoping to officially release this summer. I will confirm the date closer to the time so keep your eyes peeled. The featured image does offers a clue as to one (hopefully) small aspect of this project. I’m incredibly excited, and I hope you’ll enjoy all it has to offer when I roll it out later this year.
So, 2019. It is going to be a big year and I intend to make the absolute most of it.
