Though these posts are beginning to sound like a broken record, I want to start by thanking you all for sticking around because it matters to me on more levels than you know. I appreciate the time you take out of your busy lives to read one random guy’s opinions on stuff covered extensively by thousands of people across the internet. Whilst I’m far from redefining the medium, I enjoy getting this stuff off my chest and having insightful conversations in the comment sections. Thank you, one and all, for facilitating this for the past 3 years.
I’ve been doing what I can to boost activity but I appreciate that it is still a bit inconsistent. I’ve got a bunch of stuff scheduled in the coming weeks (Including a guest post I really need to get round to finishing (Sorry Michael…)) so stay tuned for more!
Now, to address the (possible) elephant in the room, the featured image. You may be asking yourself, what the heck even is it? If I had to summarise it in just a few words: A new frontier.
For those who’ve followed my blog for a little while, you’ll know I also blog about physics on occasion. You will have also noticed that it’s been a rather substantial amount of time since one such occasion, a fact that I’m honestly ashamed of. With all this in mind, I’m excited to announce (drum roll please):
Now I won’t elaborate too much on exactly what it is as you can follow the link to find out more (I appreciate how clickbait-y it is, I just hope it’s worth it). To give a rough idea of what to expect, it’s my new science blog. Whether or not it’s a sane idea has yet to be determined.
I’ll be honest, I’m a little nervous about it. If I can pull off what I have planned, it could be rather entertaining (Personally, at least). However, I’m not exactly known for maintaining the physics side of things so my doubts aren’t exactly unfounded.
I guess Spider-man said it best:
It’s a leap of faith.
